CLIENT'S HOURLY RATES
* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): up to $55/hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Work directly with developmentally disable adult residents to ensure that their needs are met.
* Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
* Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient's care plan.
* Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.
* Work with medical team, patient, and his or her family, and visitors to ensure the atmosphere is pleasant and positive.
* Participate in rounds, ensure others are caring for the patient, understand treatments that have been provided, and ascertain patient's future needs.
* Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including personal care tasks such as eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, managing continence, and transferring

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Active Massachusetts License Practical Nurse (LPN) License and must have CPR certification
