One of our clients is in need of a Youth Engagement Specialists Saturdays, Sundays, & Mondays: 8 AM - 4 PM (but flexible!) at a Crisis Residential Program in the York, PA area!
$17/hour+!

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS:
*Saturdays, Sundays, & Mondays: 8 AM - 4 PM (but flexible!)

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma with 2 to 4 years of applicable experience required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human service field is a plus!

  • Strong crisis management, communication, assessment, and judgment abilities, coupled with a commitment to atrisk youth advocacy.
  • PA State Criminal Background Check
  • DHS FBI Clearance
  • Child Abuse Clearance


* We have a credentialing specialist that can assist you with any of the above-mentioned credentials, if needed!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
  • Assist with client goal plans, 1on1 counseling, daily residential tasks, and community outreach.
  • Monitor client activities to ensure a safe, healthy, and agencyaligned environment, and facilitate daily support services like meals and group/individual sessions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions,& progress.
  • Participate in team case management meetings and promptly inform appropriate personnel of any operating issues.
  • Maintain professional behavior, help develop program resources, and remain flexible to meet changing youth needs
