Our client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Bilingual Case Manager in the Elizabeth, NJ area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The population in which the job seeker would be working with is addictions.
The facility type is an Office/ Center.
* Carry a caseload of additions/ homless populations in the union county area
* Connecting clients with services accross Union County
* Managing case loads from office and occasionally visiting the client to assist with task
* Obtaining and managing notes on clients to assist in connecting with outside resources
* Attend weekly team meetings

CLIENT'S SCHEDULE FOR THE OPPORTUNITY
* Flexible schedule - But ideally will work (2 days) 9am - 5pm and (3 days) - 1pm - 8pm

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
* Bachelor's Degreee
* At lease 1 year experience working in Case Managment
* Knowledge of Union counties social services and programs a plus
* Experience working with the drug and alcohol population a plus
