Our client is IMMEDIATELY seeking Community Support Professionals to provide services to adults with behavioral health, IDD, and/or autism in Plymouth Meeting.

Starts at $19/hr!

Client's available schedule
*Monday - Friday
*8:30am - 5pm

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Conduct behavioral assessments to support individualized support plans.
*Provide direct care and supervision of assigned consumers.
*Partner with care teams and train caregivers/staff on interventions and data tracking.
*Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES
*High school diploma/GED
*Must provide or be willing to complete Fatal Five Training
*Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations.
*Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
*Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
*Produce current CPR & First Aid certification
