SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide compassion and emotional support to residents, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth
* Assist consumers with activities of daily living including but not limited to cooking, bathing, dressing, incontinence care and light housekeeping
* Monitor residents abilities, performance and make suggestions to care plan
* Complete documentation as required
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Verifiable caregiving or direct care experience
* Experience enriching the lives of persons with Intellectual Developmental Disorders (IDD)
* Experience working in, or supporting the personal care of adults i.e., bathing, dressing, and meal preparations
* Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Home Health Aide (HHA) are encouraged to register.
