Our Client is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to provide service in residential homes in the greater Milwaukee area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Administer medications to clients as needed.
* Communicate with staff and providers regarding health concerns of clients
* Complete necessary documentation for client records as needed (e.g. nursing notes, ITP notes, etc.)
* Continue to maintain and develop own professional competency.
* Carry the nursing on-call phone and field nursing calls
* Review and update medical policies and procedures as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Current WI CNA license
* Minimum of one (1) year of residential or psychiatric experience
* Familiar with federal, state, regulatory, and best practice recommendations with respect to de-escalation and restraint alternatives as well as humane restraint techniques.
