Our Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide services in Howard County, PG County, Baltimore County, Montgomery county. We have RN needs in every County's in Maryland .

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Perform initial nursing assessment for residents within 24 hours of admission.
*Arrange appointments with Health Care Providers for complete physical examinations, as well as required health screenings and tests.
*Administer medications, as well as supervise self-administered medications, where appropriate and allowed by regulation, maintaining accurate records.
*Maintain inventory of medical supplies and accurate records of same in compliance with governing regulations and agency policy, ensuring proper storage as required.
*Develop and implement health seminars, including, but not limited to: HIV/AIDS, nutrition, medication education, Infectious Diseases, mental health, etc.
*Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, self care, etc.
*Educate staff regarding health/medical issues.
*Ensure that clients have appropriate medical coverage to guarantee safety, adequate care and provider compliance for payment.
*Assist in the facilitation of special events, including, but not limited to: staff training, staff retreat, workshops, and facility events.
*Participate in treatment/multidisciplinary team meetings, as indicated.
*Implement and assure adherence to Infection Control Policies and practices.
*Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, Director of Health Services or Program Director, and/or as identified in the Unit Unique Job Description

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Maryland RN Active License
* Minimum of an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited U.S. College or University
* Minimum of five (5) year supervised nursing experience, with two (2) years in a mental health, or related specialty
