One of our clients is seeking Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurses to provide support and care at a residential facility in the Little Rock, AR area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Administer and monitor individuals' medical needs in accordance with orders by prescribing physicians
* Maintain ongoing relationships with other health care providers to provide consistency of prescribed treatment procedures and techniques
* Maintain and update Kardex every shift
* Provide staff training on current medical issues, procedures, and techniques
* Work with colleagues to schedule shifts as needed
* Maintain medical records and oversee thorough documentation
* Develop professional relationships and rapport with facility residents
* Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and health
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of an Associate's Degree
* AR RN/LPN certification
* Minimum of 1 year experience working with adults who have developmental disabilities
* Current CPR certification
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass background checks
