Our Client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Clinician.

* 1st shift (full - time)

* Provide culturally sensitive and trauma informed clinical services in English and Spanish.
* Provide clinical assessments, counseling, support groups, psychoeducational groups, presentations and workshops.
* Demonstrate the ability to operate independently, while accomplishing assigned goals and tasks, and remaining accountable to the organization's mission, vision, and values; as well as the strategic plan of the program and department.

* Bilingual Spanish
* Post graduate degree in mental health field
* Master's degree in mental health field, (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy)
* Licensed by the State of Texas (LCSW, LPC, and LMFT.) Experienced clinicians still under supervision (LMSW, LPC- Intern, LMFT-Associate) will be considered if full license status is near completion
* Experience providing treatment that is trauma informed and culturally sensitive to diverse populations
* Ability to work well within a team and provide services with an integrated approach
* Must be well organized: ability to gather, track, and report large quantities of data
* Demonstrated ability to interacts with peers, supervisors, and administrators in a respectful and professional manner
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Approaches challenges with a solution-focused approach and maintains a positive attitude
* Three to five years of experience providing direct clinical services, including counseling (preferred)
* Experience providing services to individuals, families, couples, children, and groups (preferred)
* Public speaking ability, including the ability to provide presentations and workshops to large audiences (preferred)

* Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
* Compensation processed weekly.
