Our Client is seeking a Bilingual Clinician; English - Spanish.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Bilingual Clinician is responsible for providing culturally sensitive and trauma informed clinical services in English and Spanish. Direct care responsibilities include, providing clinical assessments, counseling, support groups, psychoeducational groups, presentations and workshops. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to operate independently to accomplish goals and tasks assigned while remaining accountable to the mission, vision, and values of the organization as well as the strategic plan of the program and department.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in mental health field, (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy)- Required.
Licensed by the State of Texas (LCSW, LPC, and LMFT.) Experienced clinicians still under supervision (LMSW,
LPC- Intern, LMFT-Associate) will be considered if full license status is near completion - Required.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

*Post graduate degree in mental health field. Required
*Three to five years of experience providing direct clinical services, including counseling. Preferred
*Experience providing services to individuals, families, couples, children, and groups. Preferred
*Experience providing treatment that is trauma informed and culturally sensitive to diverse populations. Required
*Public speaking ability, including the ability to provide presentations and workshops to large audiences. Preferred
*Ability to gather, track, and report large quantities of data; must be well organized. Required
*Interacts with peers, supervisors, and administrators in a respectful and professional manner. Required
*Strong verbal and written communication skills. Required
*Ability to work well within a team and provide services with an integrated approach. Required
*Approaches challenges with a solution-focused approach and maintains a positive attitude. Required
*Bilingual language skills. Required
