Our Client is seeking a Bilingual Lead Case Manager (Spanish-English) that possess minimum skills and requirements; ability to manage Case Managers to achieve successful outcomes and outputs and ability maintain a safe and secure environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields or bachelor's degree in a related social services field with at least 3 years' progressive employment experience that demonstrates case management and supervisory experience.
*Professional license as an LCCA or actively pursuing is preferred.
*An LMSW or LBSW is preferred.
*Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
*Minimum of 1-year employment experience providing child welfare services to CPS, vulnerable, or at-risk youth populations.
*Minimum of 2 years Management experience required.
*Strong verbal and writing skills required.
*Valid Texas driver's license and insurance required.
*Ability to safely drive and transport clients on agency vehicles required.
*Pleasant disposition and professional demeanor.
*Ability to appropriately handle and maintain confidential information required.
*Able to prioritize work responsibilities, handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment required.
*Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of professional boundaries with children in care, staff and volunteers required.
*Capability and competence providing individual, family, and group case management services is required
*Experience providing presentations and trainings is required.
*Ability and willingness to understand, incorporate, and practice new theoretical perspectives and treatment strategies.
*Effective skills in dealing with a variety of people, peers, supervisors; and stakeholders.
*Ability to work well within a team approach.
*Works with a positive attitude; solution -focused; and exhibits professional behavior is required.
*Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.
*Experience with managing service-related information for tracking and reporting purposes.
