One of our clients is seeking a Drug and Alcohol (D&A) Counselor to provide service in the greater Philadelphia.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide assessment services as needed; and determine proper level of care.
* Maintain an active caseload of patients.
* Deliver therapeutic services and maintain a clinical chart on each patient.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree
* Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency including 1 year of direct work experience with the chemically dependent
* Master's degree with a focus in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field
* Licensed professional counselor (preferred)
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification

Bachelor's Level
* Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency including 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent, MAT (opiate addicted) and/or co-occurring patients (MH & DA).
* Bachelor's Degree with a focus in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with clinical specialty in administration or the human services) or other related field
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
