Our Clients are seeking a Professional Nurses LPNs and RNs to work in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.
HOURS
*All Shifts Available
CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* Observing and Recording Patient's Information
* Assess individuals for all medical conditions, chronic and acute
* Support and management of the emotional/psychiatric needs of children
* Administer medication as needed
* Maintain participant/family confidentiality
* Routine screenings and intake assessments of: substance abuse, developmental health, mental health, HIV risk assessments, physical body checks for abuse and general first aid and triage activities
* Open to commute between facilities if need
CLIENT'S REQUIRED LICENSES
* Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check
* Valid NYS Driver's License
* LPN/RN NYS license
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, BLS, CPR; SCIP-R, and First Aid certification
* Knowledge of OPWDD regulations is a must
