SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide extensive personal care
* Assist with daily living skills
* Ensure proper care of Individuals is applied
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of six (6) months direct care experience with MH/IDD individuals
* Valid Physical/TB screening (within a year)
* CPR/First Aid Certification
* Abilit to complete and pass or produce a PA State Criminal Background
* Valid Driver’s License and personal reliable transportation
