Our Client is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide support to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in the Baltimore Area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Guide and assist residents to learn, live, and function as independently as possible in the community
* Provide direct care, interaction, and supervision inclusive of daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, and medication administration)
* Prepare progress notes and complete daily logs as directed
* May require daily driving as needed
* Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities, and habilitative services to the extent that is possible
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of one (1) year verifiable direct care experience or related experience within a related field
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Active Driver's License in satisfactory standing
* Ability to complete and pass given background checks
