SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Interview clients to determine education and experience, as well as employment goals and plans
* Conduct assessments for skillsets, interests, and abilities
* Engage with clients to develop a career plan and goals
* Advocate for clients with outside agencies
* Counsel and assist clients with accessing education and resources
* Assist clients with finding and maintaining employment
* Provide and complete timely documentation
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field, including one (1) year of experience in mental health
* Valid Driver's License & use of personal vehicle during work hours
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily complete given background checks
