One of our clients is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide services to low functioning consumers with IDD in the Greater North East Philadelphia area.
Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
*$14-$15hr based on shift
*M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm or 2:00pm to 11:00pm and every other weekend
*Client temp to perm negotiable
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Total Care
* Must be able to complete daily activity notes
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
* Covid Vaccination k
* Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to apply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
