One of our clients is seeking multiple Weekend Mobile Crisis Response Team Lead (QMHP) in the Chicago southside area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) is a crisis mental health service program for youth and adults who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency. MCR agencies provide intensive mental health services for eligible individuals who may need hospitalization or community-based mental health care.
* Under the direct supervision of the Mobile Crisis Response Manager, provides MCR coordination and clinical supervision to direct service staff providing crisis services within both a community and clinic setting to children, adolescents, families or adults. Clinical Direct Services are provided as needed in compliance with agency productivity standards.
* Negotiable compensation up to $35/hr based on experience.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
* Iinterpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
* Minimum of a master's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation, counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or a related field.
* Designation of Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
* Use of a personal auto, valid driver's license and motor vehicle report acceptable to the agency's broker and verification of insurance.
* Cleared by the State of Illinois based upon a prior history of child abuse/neglect. In addition, the individual must clear a personal background review, fingerprinting, and criminal checks.
* Demonstrate the experiences, beliefs, attitude and awareness that indicate cultural sensitivity to the client population served.
* Partner with clients individually and/or in family to help them mobilize resources and build resilience.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with other team members, other Agency resources and outside services in addressing client needs.
* An understanding of evidence-informed practices, engagement strategies, boundary setting, concurrent documentation, working in a community setting, organizing, motivational interviewing, and family systems.
