We have a client seeking motivated and reliable Vocational Trainers/Coaches to work closely with/ train persons with disabilities/barriers. The trainer will assistthe Indivdiual with daily tasks enabling a smooth transition into the workforce.

AVAILABLE HOURS & COMPENSATION
* Schedules, days, or times may vary depending on worksite needs
* $16/hr. Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support and care to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD), and/or mental health diagnoses

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Work coach experience with MH/IDD consumers
* PA State Criminal Background
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
* Valid Driver's License and personal and reliable transportation
