Our Client is searching for outgoing, compassionate individuals with 1 year or more of experience working in a school setting providing comprehensive school social work services to parents, students and school staff.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Addressing barriers that limit a student from receiving full benefit from their educational experience.
* Respond to referrals from school administration, parents, teachers, the Student Support Team, the Special Education Committee and others by providing direct services and by assisting families in accessing appropriate community resources.

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATE
Independent Contractors compensation begins at $46 per hour depending on their qualifications, availability, and skills.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
School social workers maintain case files and reports to track student problems and progress and to recognize patterns in behavior. Once issues or behavior problems have been identified, school social workers assist in remediation by providing counseling, treatment plans or workshops.

Required Credentials
Professional Educators License (PEL) with a Social Work Endorsement
OR
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
