Our clients are seeking Registered Nurses to provide support in the CHANDLER area at a behavioral facility.
Up to $55/ hour plus a $100 Contract Signing Incentive after the first 100 hours!

CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
* Notify physicians of significant changes in status such as difficulties with detox, medical emergency, change in medical status regarding response to medications, and related challenges.
* Administer meds and document accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS
* Minimum of one (1) year experience in Behavioral Health
* Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
*TB
