SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS NURSING OPPORTUNITY
* Work in conjunction with agencies and providers to follow-up on treatment to post-inpatient and outpatient clients
* Provide periodic nursing assessments for all medication clinic clients as required by regulations
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, charts, and other pertinent records
* Work on special projects or committees as assigned
* Participate in Quality Assurance projects, such as chart audits, etc.
* Participate in projects utilizing the project management framework as assigned

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Valid RN License
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: Connecticut State Background Check
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
