One of our clients is seeking Residential Counselors to provide services to consumers with IDD in the Downingtown area.

*Receive Weekly Compensation!
*Hourly Compensation Rate: $16-$17 per hour based on availability & relevant experience

Client's Availability Requirements:
*1st shift- Sunday-Thursday 8am-4pm OR Friday-Monday-8am-4pm
*2nd shift- Sunday-Thursday- 4pm-12am OR Friday-Monday-4p-12a

*Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
*Ability to commute to Downingtown, PA on a full-time, ongoing basis is required
*Accelerated start with proof of TB/Physical within the past 6 months
*Client temp to perm negotiable opportunity

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Total Care
* Must be able to complete daily activity notes

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
* Covid Vaccination
* Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to apply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
