Rate commensurate with experience between $18.25/hr - $20.25/hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
o Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
o Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
o Participate in the house behavior modification system.
o Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
o High School Diploma/GED
o Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to drive
o One year of relevant experience
o Valid CPR card

Full direct care may be expected on any assignment
