One of our clients is seeking Residential Aides to provide services in West Chester and its surrounding area.

Client's AVAILABLE HOURS
* Full Shifts and Flexible Shifts Available (2nd and 3rd shifts)
* Weekend schedules are also available

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
* Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, house keeping, and life skills group.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
* Valid Driver's License
* Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to apply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
