Our Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide telephonic service in Los Angeles.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Conduct in-depth assessment/reassessments covering medical, health, and rehabilitation concerns. All assessments done telephonically. Must evaluate the potential client as a total person and identify the health limitations, which impede independent living. Certifying level of care determinations.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* An Associate's or Bachelor of Science degree in nursing
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in nursing or care management
* Valid California Nursing license that is current and in good standing
* Current CPR/BCLS card
