CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
* Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
* Occasional earlier start may be needed

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Contract role up to 20 weeks
* Collaborate with community healthcare service providers
* Coordinate and oversee all healthcare appointments
* Maintain and review medical records of individuals
* Working with developmentally disabled population
* Up to $50/hour during contract period

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors of Science in Nursing
* Minimum of two years of general nursing experience
* Valid active state nursing license (RN)
