COMPENSATION FOR A DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER
Client is offering $17.25+/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE
12am-8am, all days available
8am-4pm, Saturday & Sunday

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Support Individuals to accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, and grooming practices
* Document visits in the client’s electronic or paper system
* Communicate any challenges or concerns to the client as needed
* Ensure all patients take medications as directed by health care providers
* Build rapport with individuals by establishing personal connections and showing interest in their lives
* Respond to any urgent safety or medical issues
* Participation and/or transportation to community activities may be required

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
* Must have verifiable experience supporting persons with special needs
* Satisfactory completion of background check(s)
* Valid Driver's License
