One of our clients is immediately seeking Mental Health Therapists to provide individual and group treatment for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include managing an assigned caseload, developing practical recovery goals with residents, and coordinating care with clinical, nursing, psychiatric, and direct-care teams.

8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Complete biopsychosocial and clinical assessments while managing an assigned caseload.
* Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and measurable recovery goals.
* Provide individual therapy and facilitate therapeutic and psycho educational groups.
* Conduct crisis assessments and interventions while coordinating care with nursing, psychiatry, leadership, and outside providers.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, reassessments, and transition records.
* Coordinate hospital follow-up, community resources, benefits, identification, budgeting, and other practical supports as needed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Master's degree from an accredited institution in social work, counseling, psychology, another social science, or a closely related behavioral health field.
* At least three years of mental health experience, including experience providing or facilitating group therapy.
* PA State Criminal check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI (DHS) Fingerprinting, CPR/FA and Physical & TB
