One of our clients is seeking a Flex Team Member to provide supportive services to people experiencing homelessness and support existing homeless services providers in Nashville-Davidson and Williamson Counties.

HOURS
*Sunday - Thursday - 11am-7pm
*Tuesday - Saturday - 10am-6pm

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THE OPPORTUNITY
*Provide support services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
*Knowledge and experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment.
*Assist with bridging staff shortages in shelter support.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Strong interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work with diverse population.
*Participate in community outreach meetings as requested.
*Keep records and notes on interaction with individuals in isolation and quarantine.
