Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Chester County area to provide services to DETOX and REHAB CLIENTS.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Perform initial nursing assessments for detox and rehab clients prior to comprehensive physical conducted by a licensed Physician for all incoming clients.
* Oversee the scheduling of doctor’s visits, inoculations, lab work and/or x-rays, supervising the dispensing of medication and recording of the same in the client’s medical folder.
* Oversee and coordinate all medical, dental, and vision trips and ensure that there are adequate medical supplies and request medical records of all clients.
* Assist in the assessment of clients to determine level of care in conjunction with the assessment department.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Current LPN license in good standing in State of Delaware and/or Pennsylvania.
* Minimum of one (1) year supervised experience in addiction treatment, acute care, detox, mental health, or community health care setting.
