Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LCPC or LMFT) who is passionate about delivering top-tier mental health care and is ready to grow with us. Client Responsibilities:

" Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique needs.
" Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize care.
" Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, personalized treatment experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology and novel therapies.
" Actively participate in the cultivation of client's culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
" Assist in developing best practices to improve the client-therapist relationship and overall client experience.
" Assist in ad-hoc marketing related efforts in order to boost a diverse and strong client base
" Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, contributing to Tides' strategic growth and vision.

Client Qualifications:

" Clinically licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LMFT or LCPC or LCSW)
" Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
" Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities
" Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
