Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Chester County areas.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Perform vitals/rounds, transcribing new orders, and documenting client charts. Initial nursing assessments for detox and rehab clients prior to comprehensive physical conducted by a licensed Physician for all incoming clients.
* Assist in the assessment of clients to determine level of care in conjunction with the assessment department.
* Oversee the scheduling of doctor's visits, inoculations, lab work and/or x-rays, supervising the dispensing of medication and recording of the same in the client's medical folder.
* Oversee and coordinate all medical, dental, and vision trips and ensure that there are adequate medical supplies and request medical records of all clients.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Current LPN license in good standing in State of Pennsylvania.
* Minimum of one (1) year supervised experience in addiction treatment, acute care, detox, mental health, or community health care setting.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: PA State Criminal Background check
*Must be able to present valid government issued photo ID and (2-step PPD/Quantiferon Gold Bloodwork/or chest x-ray) CPR and other requested credentials within the last 365 days

SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY
* Must be able to work 8 and/or 12 hour shifts
* Must be reliable and committed to reporting when shift is accepted
* Must be willing to submit all paperwork on time and meet all deadlines
