Our client is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to service clients with addictions and mental & behavioral health issues. This position will include rounds, vitals, meeting with clients, treatment interventions, goal setting, counseling and documentation.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
* Recent TB testing in the form of a 2 step PPD, chest x-ray or Quantiferon Gold blood work
* Clean PA Patch criminal background check
* Proficient in Point Click Care software
