Our client is looking for a Licensed Clinician to do intakes on a part time basis in the Waterbury area. Position requires LCSW, LPC, LMFT license, but will consider associate licenses such as LMSW. Clinician would be working with a substance abuse population. Very competitive compensation. Please respond if available and interested.

This individual’s primary role is to provide supervision for evidence-based behavioral health treatment and to support best practices.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assist Clinical Program Manager with leadership to clinical staff
* Facilitate treatment in group settings
* Provide quality supervision of clinical and substance abuse services
* Participate as a direct clinical services provider
* Ensure that clinical staff meets productivity requirements
* Participate as the agency representative on statewide, regional, and local community activities as requested; provides consultation and education as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Master's Degree
* LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMSW/LADC license
* Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in the behavioral health field
* Experience facilitating treatment groups
* Experience treating children and adult populations
* Background check: prior to starting
