Our Client is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists Part-Time (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) working with Youth ages 13-19 in Douglas County, GA.

Client's Duties and Responsibilities
*Clinician provides services for consumers with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.
* Facilitates skill-building and evidence based groups.
*Conducts face-to-face comprehensive assessments to identify problems and service needs.
*Writes individual service plans that meet Medicaid, insurer, CARF, and other required standards for diagnoses, content, justifications for treatment, evidence of consumer input, and treatment time frames. Writes service plans that are clear, concise, complete, grammatically correct, timely and properly coded.
*Arranges appointment schedule at optimal intervals to maximize use of work time.
*Provides service linking and monitoring.
*Other critical services provided include symptom management, behavior management planning, teaching of relevant skills, supportive community-based interventions, and crisis intervention services.

Position Description
*29 hour per week.
*Set 3 days each week.
*Can only exceed 29 hours if contractor picks up a shift from a call off.
*Required 15 min unpaid break.
*Location- Lithia Springs GA 30122

Client's Required Qualifications
*Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field. Current license as a LCSW, LPC, OR LMFT in the State of Georgia, or master's with LAPC, LMSW, or LAMFT and ability to obtain LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure within 3 months of hire in the State of Georgia.
*Minimum of two years' experience in clinical social work. Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
