CLIENT'S SUMMARIZED DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT CARE WORKER
* Certify homes for prospective foster parents &/or provide monitoring & assessment of active foster parents
*Work with Fost Parents to ensure children have adequate resources & healthy living environment
*Adhere to guidelines as set forth with company policy
* Monitor, document, and support treatment plans and goals.
* Duties as assigned by supervisor

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors degree required, plus 1 years experience in mental health field.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, State Background and Child Abuse (ACT 126)
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification, & hepatitis B screener.
* Adhere precisely to interventions in the treatment plan
