Our Client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Direct Support Professional in the Virginia Beach, VA area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct care services to adults with an IDD diagnosis such as meal preparations, feeding, bathing, changings, administering medication, group outings, and other various activities
* Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services
* Document all activities specific to shift or service activity
* Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of one year of Direct Support Professional or similar experience
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Willingness and ability to provide direct care and supportive services as needed
* Valid Driver's License
* CPR/First Aid Certification
* TB Required

CLIENT'S HOURS
* Sunday from 9:00am-11:00pm
* Monday from 9:00am-11:00pm
* Wednesday from 1:00pm-9:00pm
* Thursday from 1:00pm-9:00pm
