One of our clients is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide services at residential group homes in the Honey Brook, PA area. Our client is looking for someone that has experience working with adults of the IDD population.

Covid Vaccine REQUIRED
Ability to commute to the Honey Brook area.

Client's Availability Requirements:
1st and 2nd shifts with weekend availability.

*Accelerated start with proof of TB/Physical within the past 12 months
*Valid Drivers License REQUIRED
*This is a client negotiable temp to perm opportunity!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Total Care
* Must be able to complete daily activity notes

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
* Minimum of one (1) year experience providing personal and direct care
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
* Covid Vaccination
* Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
