Our client is seeking Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) to provide service in the North Royalton area. Direct Care Professionals can be a rewarding position where you can make a difference in the lives of others. As a DSP you will be working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help teach skills that will help people grow while going on community outings, providing active treatment in-house, and serving as a mentor

SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support to adults with intellectual or development disabilities that will enhance their quality of life.
* Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
* Assist with and teach independent living skills.
* Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma or GED
* Reliable transportation
