One of our clients is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Counselor to provide services in the greater Lancaster area. Bachelors level or higher quick start.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide assessment services as needed; determine proper level of care.
* Maintain an active caseload of patient which include consumers with mental health, behavioral health, & addiction treatment.
* Deliver therapeutic services including: individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
* Maintain required patient records including treatment plans, group and individual progress notes, and case management notes.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited university, or bachelors degree with equivalent experience, or associates degree with certification and equivalent experience.
* Licensure and certification or in process preferred (LPC, LSW, LCSW, CAADC, CADC, CAAD, AAC, CAAC, CCS)
* Minimum of one year experience working with substance use disorders.
* Experience must include one (1) year of direct work experience with the chemically dependent, MAT (medication assisted treatment) and/or co-occurring patients (MH & ADD).
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal
* Must be able to produce valid medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
