Our Government client is seeking a Clinician 1 (Multiple Clinician Positions Available) in Richmond, Virginia

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Oversight of regulations regarding service delivery, administration and documentation including developing, reviewing and approving files, records, authorizations, assessments and reports prepared in according to program policies and regular audits of client files to maintain compliance.
* Conduct and oversee treatment plan development, quarterly reviews of progress, quality progress notes and discharge planning.
* Recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff on the ACT team to include social workers, case managers, peer specialists, student interns, nurses and other staff.
* Several other duties as assigned.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Masters Degree in a human service field required
* Licensed mental heath professional eligible in the Commonwealth of Virginia
* Prefer 2-3 years experience in supervisory or leadership position
* Experience with Intensive Community Treatment, Assertive Community Treatment and/or Medicaid funded services.
* Prefer 3 years experience working with adults with mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness histories
* Valid VA Driver's License and have a vehicle available for use
* CPR and First Aid
