CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
* Monday-Friday business hours, with flexibility to start early, stay later, or work weekend hours as needed.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*The QIDP is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities residing in Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) homes. This role includes developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Service Plans (ISPs), ensuring compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Department of Human Services (DHS), Rule 115, and Rule 116 standards and regulations.
* Contract-to-hire opportunity with client


CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years of experience working in a group home environment
* Certified QIDP
* CPR/1st aid AHA or ARC guidelines, in-person certification
* Bachelor degree required
* Valid DL and insured vehicle
