One of our clients is seeking case managers & counselors to provide services in the Philadelphia area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide 1 on 1 case management & counseling services to individuals with mental & behavioral health concerns
* Monitor & document clients daily activiy and progress.
* Maintain a case load up to 30 clients providing therapy, resource connection & aftercare planning.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to help clients achieve treatment goals.
* Provide compassionate support & ancillary services for program participants.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors Degree required. Masters Preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in mental health, IDD, addictions or a behavioral health setting.
* Valid Driver's License.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal background.
* Must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated before official start date.
