SUMMARY
* Family Support/Case Management
* Documentation and Reporting
* Community Engagement
* Serves people 65 years and older who are housed in hotel rooms and working to get them permanent housing as quick as possible

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (if BSW or MSW then must be licensed)
* Must have Social Services Degree
* Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment; work independently yet successfully in a team setting
* Ability to guide, direct, or influence people. Is resilient and persuasive
* Strong understanding of psychosocial counseling and education
* Prefer working with permanent supportive locator experience
