SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Conduct behavioral assessments to develop individualized support plans.
*Implement positive behavior strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
*Partner with care teams and train caregivers/staff on interventions and data tracking.
*Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES
*Master's degree with relevant course study required.
*Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations.
*Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
*Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
*Produce current CPR & First Aid certification
