CLIENT'S COMPENSATION FOR A DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER
Client offering $17.25+/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER OPPORTUNITY
• Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
• Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
• Transport consumers to appointments (as needed)

DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• 18 years or older
• Minimum of one (1) year paid direct care experience with MH/IDD patients
• Valid driver's license
