Our client in the Granby & Coventry area have client Temp to Perm negotiable opportunities! First Aid and CPR and PMT are required and training classes are provided by client if needed.

Schedules included Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am-3:00pm & 3:00pm-11:00pm.

COMPENSATION FOR A DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER
$17.25+/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Support adults with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD), and/or Mental Health diagnoses in a residential/group home setting. Opportunities in adolescent programs are available too.
* Provide assisted daily living skills and ensure that proper care of the consumer is applied.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of one (1) year of direct care experience in a residential or group home setting with MH/IDD patients.
* Ability to present Physical/TB screening (within a year)
* CPR/First Aid Certification
* Ability to complete and pass CT State Criminal Background, and FBI Fingerprint
* Driver’s License OR Reliable Transportation
