*Monday through Friday: 8 AM - 3:30 PM

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Provide care to individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities at a group home.
Monitor the ongoing health status of patients.
Document progress notes.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Current & valid CNA Certificate in the state of PA
Valid CPR Certification
TB Test
Physical
Child Abuse Clearance
Covid Vaccination Card
