SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
LPN will provide individualized nursing care (1:1) to a specific student with medical or health needs throughout the school day as outlined in their health plan/IEP. Also support the student's safety, well-being, and access to education.

CLIENT'S LOCATION
School is located in Des Plaines, IL

DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT'S DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver one-on-one nursing care to an assigned student.
* Implement and monitor health care plans, including medications, treatments, and procedures.
* Observe and report health status changes promptly to school nurses, families, and medical providers.
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and care givers to integrate health needs into the school day.
* Maintain accurate documentation of care and communicate with appropriate team members.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (this requirement is standard for school-based nursing roles).
* Ability to work with students with chronic or acute medical needs.
* Willingness to collaborate with educators, parents, and medical professionals.
* CPR/First Aid certification often required or preferred.
